Deadlines for Exchange or Return
- The deadline to request an exchange or return is 7 (seven) calendar days from the delivery date.
- For manufacturing defects, the deadline is 30 (thirty) days for non-durable goods and 90 (ninety) days for durable goods, according to the Consumer Defense Code.
Conditions for Exchange and Return
To be eligible for an exchange or return, the products must meet the following criteria:
- Be in their original packaging, with no signs of use or damage;
- Be accompanied by the invoice;
- Include all manuals, seals, and items that came with the product.
How to Request an Exchange or Return
- Contact our Customer Service at: info@phoredoxpiscina.com.br.
- To return or exchange, the product must be sent to our store via postal service or another carrier serving your region.
- In some cases, you may need to go to a post office or carrier branch to ship the product.
- Shipping costs are covered by Phoredox Piscina.
Refund Rules
- Credit card: Refund will be processed within up to 60 (sixty) days, depending on the card issuer.
- Bank slip: Refund will be issued to an account with the same holder name within 7 (seven) business days.
- Pix: Refund will be made to the same account within 96 business hours.
Exchanging Defective Products
If a product shows a defect within the applicable period, follow the steps:
- Contact our Customer Service with the defect details and your order number.
- If approved, the exchange will be carried out at no additional cost.
Product Received Damaged or Incorrect
- If you receive a product with a broken, damaged, or incorrect package:
- Refuse the delivery and document the issue.
- If already received, contact us immediately.
